Who we are

Psychology Services is a Queensland based organisation with a mission to create an inclusive world for all and provide the services to assist people to live their best lives. We are a group of Psychologists with additional qualifications and decades of experience within the field of Disability and Mental Health. We assist NDIS Participants to reach their personal goals by working closely with their Families, Carers and Support staff to offer a high quality and fully accredited service. Our specialties are Assessments, Recommendations and Positive Behaviour support plans, and we are here to assist you to make the most out of your NDIS journey. We are a registered provider with the NDIS for Behaviour support and focus on person-centred interventions to safeguard the dignity and quality of life of people with disability and address the underlying causes of behaviours. Our primary focus is on increasing quality of life for people that are living with a disability.

Maria Esguerra

My experience is in Psychiatric Disability, Case Management, Disability Employment Services, Assessment and Applied Behaviour Analysis. My colleagues and I have formed a Community Collaborative of Psychologists where we work together to offer an evidence-based, high quality service and ensure that you are getting the best Practitioner for your individual needs. You can rest assured that you will receive a high-quality assessment, services and supports that are provided by health experts, whom are all highly qualified and registered with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), the national authority that protects the public by settings the standards and policies that all registered health professionals must meet and the NDIS quality and Safeguard commission. 

I personally have lived experience with disability and NDIS and I understand the complexities, stress and frustration that can come with trying to navigate the system and make it work for you or your loved ones. My colleagues and I have an intimate knowledge and years of experience working within the scheme and we are committed to making the process of application, review and therapeutic supports as simple and effective as possible.
